Why Create a Family Constitution
A family constitution is a document that outlines the values, principles, and guidelines that govern a family’s relationships and decision-making. Our family decided to make a family constitution that we hang up in the living room. It is a good reminder of our values and expectations for the family. Each kid signs it when they reach five years old and are able to understand the meaning. Here are five reasons why we chose to create our family constitution.
