Method
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- In a mixer or with a hand mixer, cream together butter and sugar.
- Add in egg and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredients.
- Mix together until just incorporated.
- Fold in chocolate chunks.
- Scoop cookies onto a parchment lined cookie sheet, sprinkle with coarse salt, and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden brown.
- Place on to a wire rack to cool and enjoy!!!
